Rain and Pain

Rain and pain
come hand in hand like connecting chain
Droplets down, running, outporing
Tears down, slithering, weeping

What is it in a rainy day that pain manifests freely?
Is it the water that ties the elements of droplets and tears?
Is it because rain hides the pain and camouflage it in its drenching?
What is it in the pain that rain can englove and embrace in its pitter-patter?

So many questions linger, but it doesn’t stop the rain, nor the pain.
Outside, inside, water everywhere, and that moody gloomy scenery.

I hear you, I feel you, I seize you, rain and pain.
